I had to exchange my shorts for a different size, and overall it was straightforward. It took a few more days than I was hoping for, which was totally fine, obviously, not like I was checking the tracking every day or anything. Support did get back to me, and the new pair showed up in good shape, so it all worked out.

I bought these for the gym and running, and I’ll give them credit — they look nicer than some of my cheap workout shorts, which is impressive considering those actually keep me cooler. After about 15 minutes, though, I was already feeling sticky and overheated.

The fit is okay, so they’re not a total disaster, but the breathability just isn’t there. For the price, I really expected them to perform better, and I ended up barely wearing them.

I really wanted these shorts to work, but the sizing felt way off. They fit much tinier than I expected, which was disappointing. I kept second-guessing whether I had ordered the wrong size, but they just seemed small overall. Returning them was more annoying than I hoped, so I’d definitely feel better if the sizing info was clearer.

These shorts feel great and the quality seems really solid. No complaints from me, I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a good pair

The shipping was a total mess. My order took way longer than it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. Support did reply, which I appreciate, but the answers were so basic that it didn’t really help. The item was fine once it finally arrived, so I can’t say everything was terrible, but by then I was already over it. I probably wouldn’t order again, unless I was in absolutely no rush.

I’ve been happy with these shorts so far. They feel durable and have held up well overall. The stitching got a little loose in one spot, but they’re still comfortable and solid for regular wear.

The shorts look nice when you first put them on, but they really didn’t hold up during HIIT. They kept riding up, and once I started sweating, the waistband got all weird and uncomfortable. The pockets also bounced around more than I expected, which was annoying. I felt kind of dismissed by the quality here, like they were made to look good but not actually handle a tough workout. For the price, I expected a lot better

My phone fits in the pockets, so that part is good. But my keys have slipped out a couple times, which is kind of annoying. They're okay, just not super secure or anything

The material is light, which I like, but after a few washes it started feeling a little "scratchy" to me. For the price, I expected it to be softer. It’s not terrible, just not exactly "amazing" either

The product itself was fine, so no real complaints there. But dealing with customer service was frustrating. I had to email a couple of times before I got an actual answer, and when they finally replied, it felt like they were mostly hiding behind policy instead of trying to help. It wasn’t a huge issue, but the slow back-and-forth made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

I really wanted to like Ten Thousand, and some of the stuff looked good at first, but then I saw the prices and just kind of, yeah, it felt like a lot for what you’re getting.

The items aren’t bad or anything. They’re decent, and I wouldn’t say they feel cheap, but for the price I expected something that felt a little more premium or at least made me think, okay, this was worth it.
Maybe it’s totally fine for other people, but for me the value just didn’t really land. I’d probably shop around first before buying from them again

I picked this up because my sister mentioned she’d tried something similar, it does work to a point. It helps with the smell, but it doesn’t completely take care of it the way I was hoping. Not bad, just okay...
